By using the Volunteer Signup application (“Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Eligibility

This Service is intended for individuals signing up to volunteer at events. You must provide accurate personal information and may not impersonate another person.

Volunteer Responsibilities

• Provide truthful and up-to-date contact information
• Sign up only for shifts you intend to work, and avoid overlapping commitments
• Follow event rules and instructions from event organizers

Event Organizer Rights

Event organizers may adjust, reassign, or cancel volunteer shifts at their discretion. Organizers may also remove volunteers who fail to comply with event policies.

Acceptable Use of the System

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.

Limitation of Liability

Volunteer Signup and LeftBrainLogic provide the Service “as is” without warranties. We are not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses occurring at or in connection with events.

Cookies and Session Management

The Service uses cookies to manage volunteer logins and maintain secure sessions. By using the Service, you consent to the use of these cookies for authentication and system functionality purposes only.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
